Supervision meetings often focus on case consultations, clarifying goals related to your work, and tuning into the specific facets of relational and therapeutic work with the people you serve. I’m an LICSW, approved Washington state supervisor, and have clinical experience in the following:

• Trauma treatments using somatic and process-based approaches.

• DBT, ACT, and exposure approaches to therapy.

• Eating disorders, suicidality and high acuity issues including working in higher level of care facilities (residential, PHP, IOP).

• Working with teens, families, and adults.

• Incorporating mindfulness techniques in clinical practice.
